Lizzy Robinson is a printmaker, arts worker and the creative director of Hard Pressed.
She’s passionate about sharing the fun of printmaking with communities around Western Australia through workshops, exhibitions and community arts projects. Based in the Midwest, Lizzy has lived and worked in regional and remote Australia for most of her life, she understands the unique joys and challenges of country living.

Lizzy has worked with communities in the East Pilbara, Midwest and Goldfields/Esperance region as well as the metropolitan area. Her mediums of choice are reduction linocut, large-scale woodcut, drypoint etching and experimental monotype. The excitement really begins when you mix and match the processes – you never know what’s going to happen!

DADAA’s Geraldton Print Group, facilitated by Lizzy, meets weekly and explores different printmaking processes. The group caters to all abilities, encouraging fun and experimentation. They regularly hold exhibitions of their work, coinciding this with interactive workshop sessions open to the public.
