Paddock to Plate will see well-known WA Chefs, Brendan Pratt, Jessica Arnott, Stephen Watson, and Derek Lau all coming together to create four courses that celebrate the fantastic produce of the Midwest region. Enjoy Kombu & Shitake Braised Hispi Cabbage paired with local Bookara Goat Curd, Ponzu, Chive & Ginger Salsa. As well as Slow Roast Lamb Shoulder with Baharat, Burnt Leek & Spiced local Granola from Red Lime Jones.
Together with paired Vasse Felix wines and local beverages including Illegal Tender Rum and Stableviews Gin served with each course. Guests will be treated to a live Q & A session, and interviews with each chef highlighting the unique flavours and tasting notes associated with each course.
