Midwest Paddock to Plate Presented by Mid West Ports


A celebration of Midwest Produce brought to you by award winning WA Chefs

Tonight the spotlight will be on local produce at the Midwest Paddock to Plate with a menu that features local producers including, Bookara goats cheese, Block 275 canola oil, Abrolhos Island scallops, and meats sourced by local butchers.

Guests will be treated to a world class menu curated by some of WA’s best Chefs including: Brendan Pratt, Melissa Palinkas,  Jenny Lam, and local Chef Portia Bodycoat all coming together to create four courses that celebrate the fantastic produce of the Midwest region. With WA beverages included in the ticket price, guests will enjoy delicious wines provided by Vasse Felix, Plantaganet Estate, beer from Finlays Kalbarri, and cocktails from Stableviews Distillery
