COLLECTION DETAILS:

Lobsters can be collected anytime between 4pm – 7pm on your selected date.

To retrieve your pre-purchased lobster/s, head to the ‘order here’ stand inside the Helm, have your ticket ready, our staff will provide you with a voucher/s to redeem at the BBQ station.

Terms and Conditions of Sale

Pre-purchased lobsters are only available for collection between 4pm – 7pm on your selected day. Orders will not be held past 7pm, and purchasers are not guaranteed collection after this time.

Tickets are sold on the condition that purchasers are not entitled to a refund or exchange of their ticket in any circumstances.

Consumers be aware that food is prepared in a commercial kitchen space and while our chef takes all necessary precautions lobsters may contain, or come in contact with common allergens, such as dairy, eggs, wheat, soyabeans, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish or wheat.
