Alida Sue is a Jazz Trained singer who has enjoyed performing in a variety of formats from solo, to fronting an eleven-piece funk band, ‘The Retrosonics’. Putting roots down in Geraldton a decade ago, Alida has performed at various local festivals, again influenced by singers of the past such as Patsy Cline, Etta James and Joni Mitchell. Alida Sue brings a soulful bluesy twist to a variety of songs that are sure to appeal to all.
Carly is a prospering Mid West based artist with an appealing set that caters to a range of music tastes. Accompanying herself with acoustic guitar and harmonica, Carly puts her own acoustic spin on all her favourite songs: including ones from WA locals The Waifs, Carla Geneve and Spacey Jane – presenting a beautiful, easy listening atmosphere.
The Josh Crothers Collective was established in 2021 to perform at festivals and parties in the Geraldton region. With an emphasis on having fun and creating a festive party vibe, the band uses improvisation and instrumental skills to bring fresh sounds to well-known songs. The line-up for the collective seems to morph to suit the gig and often depends on availability, which leads to a unique experience for the band and audience.
